Cash Up Supervisor

Be the primary support person/contact for all Cash Up and CRS operational related questions, issues, policies, and procedures for the stores and the region. Provide store Cash Up personnel with assistance with balancing issues. Assist in store Cash Up training as necessary. Conduct store audits and store visits as needed. Work with Regional Compliance Auditor on SOX remediation, policies, and procedures. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in new store openings by providing Cash Up related planning, preparation, and setup, by coordinating Cash Up training, and by traveling to and supporting the new location. Be the regional liason/contact for banking and armored carrier related questions, issues, set up supplies, etc. Perform bank and deposit research and communicate errors to the Global Banking Team. Research other banking or EFT related issues. Provide clear and timely communication regarding policies, procedures, and issues to the proper Cash Up personnel. Monitor, review, and evaluate various IT system related issues including the Cash Over/Short reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Cash Up, Accounting, and Front End experience. Banking, cash handling, and/or reconcililation experience. ACS/CRS knowledge or experience preferred. Peoplesoft knowledge preferred. Support, training, and supervisory experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical experience and troubleshooting skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously through completion. Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with other team members. Willingness to travel as needed (20% to 40%). Must be friendly, patient and have the ability and desire to provide pleasant and excellent customer service.
