Case Manager III

This position will monitor pending Life New Business files, including review for proper processing of requirements and any other information received during the underwriting process. The incumbent will be able to perform all team functions, and will assist less experienced team members and will use knowledge and experience to make independent decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will have an Associates Degree in Business or related field and three years of customer service experience. The candidate must be proficient in case screening. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are also required.
