Carrier Connection Analyst

The Carrier Connection Analyst (CCA) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and preparing data mapping specifications for Carrier Connection / custom data extracts. The CCA serves as the carrier connection project lead and coordinates carrier connection project tasks for the client, carrier, and carrier connection developers. The CCA is responsible for full cycle project management of multiple concurrent carrier connection projects, and ensures the timely completion of each carrier connection project.


REQUIREMENTS


Requires a Bachelor's degree in related field. Computer Science, Human Resources or an equivalent in education and experience is preferred. A strong HR and/or Benefits background is preferred as well as a process-oriented focus. Two or more years system analysis or equivalent is preferred. Experience with HIPAA standard EDI, or prior work with carrier electronic enrollment applications is preferred. Requires the ability to work independently. Interacts with all levels of client management. Requires excellent verbal and written skills. Requires the ability to analyze applications and present resolutions to technical and non-technical staff. Strong time management skills required to manage multiple concurrent projects. Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
