REQUIREMENTS
Purpose of Job:

To recruit, screen and hire the best candidates in the market place in order to increase the profitability of company

To penetrate and service existing accounts - as determined by manager.

To support sales efforts and to market services and candidates to new and existing clients.

To maintain a close working relationship with branch staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

To understand your geographic territory/market place and the competition trends within it.

To coach, counsel, and reward candidates based on performance, attitude and safety issues.

To focus attention to detail and maintain a sense of urgency.

To promote a positive company image in the community.
