Candidate Service Representative

We are currently seeking full-time Customer Service
Representatives to work for our Candidate Services call center in
Woodlawn, MD.The Prometric Call Center hours of operation are from 8am - 9pm, Mon-Fri.
Candidates must be flexible to work a schedule starting anywhere between
8am and 12:30 pm.Candidate Services Representative (CSR) responds to caller (candidate)
requests and registers candidates by phone, fax or Internet scheduling.
The CSR utilizes all contact center tools available to resolve candidate
issues. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and
creating a positive experience for all internal/external
customers.Assists candidate with all aspects of
certification/testing process from registration to test delivery.
Interfaces with candidate, clients and testing sites in a professional
and efficient manner.
Maintains a high degree of quality and accuracy in work.
Answers calls within the standards set by management, consistently
delivers quality call handling, and
meets established client standards and metrics.
Maintains punctuality and attendance within company guidelines.
Attends required training sessions to improve performance and enhance
self-development.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center experience required
Strong typing/computer keyboarding skills. Ability to accurately type
approximately 35+ words per
minute.
Demonstrated use of strong listening skills.
Familiarity with the use of web-based applications (required for internet
positions).
Ability to read and process data from a computer screen, reference guides
and other printed materials.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use ACD phone system.
Willing and able to sit for long periods of time wearing a telephone
headset.
Available to work flexible hours.
Must be able to successfully complete training and pass testing
requirements during training.
Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
Ability to work in a team environment.
