This position will support member and provider services activities related to the Missouri CCIP. Responds to member inquiries in an appropriate manner Provides members with information Supports the State's enrollment process Assist with PCP selection and changes Conducts member outreach activities Triages Provider inquiries Provides providers with information and materials

Experience with member and provider services Knowledge of physical healthcare and primary care environments Excellent communication and relationship skills Good computer skills Attention to detail Computer literacy and customer service focus Customer Service focus
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Associates / Bachelor's Degree desirable Experience working with providers desirable Successful completion of APS Call Center training course
