This position will support member and provider services activities related to the Missouri CCIP. Responds to member inquiries in an appropriate manner Provides members with information Supports the State's enrollment process Assist with PCP selection and changes Conducts member outreach activities Triages Provider inquiries Provides providers with information and materials
