Call Center Technical Support Specialist

The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS® is a trade association and information services provider for real estate brokerages throughout Central Indiana. Responsibilities of the position will include responding to help desk calls, documentation and training. Some local travel and occasional early evening and Saturday morning support is required.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate for this position will possess a thorough knowledge of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office, an understanding of the use and configuration of pop-up blockers, anti-spam & anti-virus software and strong verbal and written communications skills.

Experience in real estate a plus.

Benefit package includes co-pay health, 401(k), disability and life insurance.
