Call Center Team Leader

American Heritage FCU is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Leader to manage the daily operations in our Call Center, located in Philadelphia PA.

We are seeking a strong Call Center Team Leader that will be responsible for overseeing as well as coaching and developing our Call Center Representatives. The daily job responsibilities will include:

-Supervise, train, coach and develop CC Reps.
-Motivate CC Reps in the areas of sales and service referrals and ready-time.
-Assist CC Reps with member problem resolution and questions
-Monitor calls to ensure quality member service.
-Keep track of attendance and scheduling of staff

Ideal candidate will have two to three years of call center supervisory experience with financial service and sales experience required. Knowledge of call center operations, plus knowledge of applicable government regulations as related to financial institutions, particularly credit unions required. Flexibility to work late evening hours and Saturdays. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office package. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) highly preferred.
