Call Center Support/Computer Technician

Uniguest is a computer sales and service company. We have immediate, full-time positions open for Computer Technicians and Call Center Agents. Qualified candidates can perform both duties: Computer Repair and Call Center Support for computers. Work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F.


Duties will include:


Computer Hardware and Software Repair and ServiceCall Center Customer ServiceData Entry Typing (Via Computer)


Medical Insurance is provided after 90 days and company pays 50% of the employee premium.


We are looking for loyal, hardworking, and outgoing individuals to start immediately.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will be able to work well in an office environment.


The following are required for consideration:


Knowledge of Windows Operating System, including Networking and InternetWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to Multi-TaskOrganized"Excellent" Communication Skills
