Call Center Customer Service Representative. A North Scottsdale Bank is seeking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative for their new sales area. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, temp-to-hire basis. Job duties include making outbound phone calls to businesses and setting appointments (80% of calls), Answer inbound calls from media and print ads (20% of calls), document calls. Excel knowledge a must - XP and Office 2000, MS Outlook, Data Entry, Sales ability - via phone - must have telemarketing experience, technology savvy with financial process understanding.
