Job description:

Call Center Representatives are responsible for delivering prompt, accurate and courteous service by handling verbal and written inquiries from policyholders and general agents on policies. Research, process, and resolve incoming documents in an imaged environment with accuracy. Hours are from 8:30-5 pm. Some overtime may be requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates have 1+ years of call center experience (100+ calls a day), type 25+ wpm, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast paced production environment.
