Call Center Representatives

Bell Road
Responsibilities:Takes incoming and makes outbound calls for emergency road service, auto travel, and AAA Arizona general assistance calls.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:Must have a high school education (or equivalent) and exceptional telephone skills. Knowledge of geography is helpful. Must have computer proficiency in Windows environment and MS Outlook, and be able to type 25 WPM accurately.Work Schedule:Late afternoon/evening shift. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Four day workweeks and flexible schedules possible. Must be available for full-time training.
