Major West Des Moines Insurance Company is seeking temporary Customer Service Representatives for their Inbound Call Center. This assignment is temp only with full-time hours. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm. Resume is required for this position. Responsible for answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services. Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention nd satisfaction.Note: To be considered, your resume must meet specific position requirements and you must identify either the job title or job code for a specific open position. REQUIREMENTS
High School Diplomaq or its equivalent GED 0-2 years of experience in Inbound Customer Service experience.
