Call Center Representative

Do you have call center experience? Volt Services Group is looking for you!!! You would be working in a high volume inbound call center environment and will be responsible for servicing inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls to clients. Previous experience in a medical call center environment required.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation, medical call center experience, a pleasant attitude and phone manner. Candidate must be able to multitask and have a great phone presence. Flexibility to work any shift schedule. Must be able to use a Windows database and maneuver quickly between multiple screens while on the phone.
