Call Center Representative 6pm-10 pm

Purpose:
Our client, one of the fastest growing Los Angeles based company with in the legal industry, is looking for bright, motivated, talented team member to serve as a customer service representative. This person will be working on a team of representatives, and will be reporting to the customer service supervisor.

On a day to day basis, this person will be answering incoming phone calls from customers. This person will be providing information concerning the service provided. They will also be making outbound calls to customers to follow-up on their satisfaction with the product. There will be a high volume of calls.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should be:
- Have at least 2 years of customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Outbound call experience would be a plus
- Extreme attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized
- Team Player
- Detailed oriented
