Call Center Representative 34k-38k

Purpose:
Our client, a leader in health care for over 70 years, is looking for a customer service representative. This person will be working in a very professional 50 person call center.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for processing phone and fax orders, manage order exceptions, tracking orders, as well as performing root cause diagnostics of service failure. This person will also have to investigate problems related to shipment of products, returns, credits, and process new orders.

An ideal candidate for this position must have a college degree, have a minimum of 3 years of supply chain/customer service experience, and have good communication skills. Experience in a similar setting is a must.
