REQUIREMENTS
Supervisory experience Working one on one with team members to motivate, coach and train teams of outbound telephone sales reps cold-calling potential customers, for both product and service related industries. Able to work up to 85% of your day with your team on the phones. Self Motivated Previous Sales experience helpful Desire to grow within the position and move up.
