Call Center Floor SupervisorsPosition Will Work Closely with the Call Center Operations ManagerResponsibilities include:• Coaching, motivating and developing an outbound sales supervisor team of up to 20 direct reports
• Manage the processes involved in the day-to-day administrative duties and strategic planning to reach all call center goals
• Provide ongoing guidance and daily management support of supervisors and TSR’s
• Measure all supervisor effectiveness and monitor results
• Plans and directs all aspects of call center floor policies and procedures
• Ensures work product consistently meets established standardsRequirements:Must be flexible with hours of operation. You will typically only work a 40 hour work week, however our National Phone Center operates: Monday – Thursdays 3:30pm-12:00am, Fridays- 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Saturdays- 9am to 5:30pm and Sundays- 2pm to 10pm.
• Must have experience managing an outbound sales call center of up to 100 employees
• Previous experience with a predictive dialer a plus
• Strong analytical and coaching skills
• Must have at least 7 years of call center experience
• Bachelors degree is a must
• Extensive coaching and motivational skills required
