Call Center - Cable TV Troubleshooting Representative

The Everett Call Center is seeking Cable TV Troubleshooting Representatives for our 24x7 Repair Dept.
Representative handle a large volume of incoming phone calls, covering a full range of customer service in a prompt and professional manner.
Under training and work direction, provide prompt resolution to customers' phone inquiries regarding cable TV service, troubleshooting, programming or maintenance information.
Exceed or maintain minimum phone adherence and department standards. Demonstrate courtesy, patience and troubleshooting skills in customer relations.
Represent Comcast in professional and positive manner in all situations. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and overtime as needed required, with punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.Paid training to start 11/06/06.Qualifications
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
BILINGUAL Spanish/English preferred.EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service related work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Demonstrated problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with personal computers and related software required.
Previous trouble-shooting experience preferred.
