Customer Service Representative for Call Center. Must have basic clerical, bookkeeping and accounting knowledge and shall be qualified through knowledge, training and experience to interview customers in person or by telephone and handle applications for service and extension of facilities. CSR's must be able to furnish account information to customer and respond to customer inquiries regarding bill payment. CSR's will perform credit and collection work, receive and make dispositions, and handle customer inquires, complaints and requests for adjustments. REQUIREMENTS
6 months to 1 year experience in a Call Center. Data Entry - 6,000 - 8,000 keystrokes. Grammar & Spelling Evaluation of 80% or higher.
