PlattForm Advertising, est. 1989, is a full-service marketing communications agency specializing in the postsecondary education industry. PlattForm provides all aspects of advertising campaigns in-house.

Target Admissions Support Center, a division of Plattform Advertising, is seeking various positions for our busy call center located in Kansas City, MO. Located at I29 & Tiffany Springs Parkway.

REQUIREMENTS
Quality Assurance Analyst

Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards; Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team; Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level; Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers; Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review;

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent; Previous experience as an Quality Analyst

Computer Skills: Basic computer and internet knowledge; Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

Admission Support Representative

Confers with prospective students by telephone in order to provide information about schools and the programs they have; Ensures that the prospective students have an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns; Spends time with the students encouraging them to contact the schools admissions office; Makes changes or updates to a students profile or account information as needed; Keeps records of transactions and update and maintain databases of information.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; previous call center sales or customer service experience helpful; must be able to provide accurate information in a professional manner.

Pay range $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
