CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER

Currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee both the Customer Service and Parts departments. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of customer service managers, all factory warranty repairs completed by technicians, and action required regarding dealer CSI issues. He/She will be responsible for directing activities f the both departments to ensure successful operation and the development of team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess the following:
- Proven track record of success managing a customer service department in the marine or related industry.
- Ability to handle stressful situations on a regular basis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Computer Skills
- Experience in parts distribution is preferred but not necessary.
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
