CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST/DELIVERY COORDINATOR
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST/DELIVERY COORDINATOREthan Allen is looking for a Customer Service Specialist/Delivery Coordinator with excellent people and communication skills. This customer-oriented position schedules and coordinates customer deliveries from start to completion. In the process, you will communicate with other Service Center personnel and share important information (both ways) with our Designers.This important position helps ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout delivery process, and uses our computer system to gather customer and product information and create daily reports.
You'd have a high level of customer interaction (via phone) and we want our customers to hear a friendly, intellegent person they'll feel great talking to. You'll be located in our Service Center in Santa Clara, (near Montague Expressway and 101).You'll love working here. We are a unique combination of large company resources and recognition, in a comfortable small company environment.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for 2 years (or more) of solid work experience in a Customer Service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment are essential to this role.Good computer skills, (proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook) are also important - you will be entering information about our customer's orders, and gathering information in key reports from our database.You should be a well-organized self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently, with strong attention to detail.
