Now in our third generation, we have been family owned and operated for over 70 years. We specialize in unique products sold to hospitals, nursing homes, rehab and hospice facilities.
We have an opening for an experienced account representative to work with our valued customers, enhancing our excellent reputation for customer service.
You will act as liaison between our outside sales staff and our valued customers, providing them with unparalleled service. Using your outgoing and friendly personality, you will spend the majority of your time on the phone working with existing customers or developing new customer relationships by calling on sales leads. You will place and follow up on client orders, coordinate delivery and installation, prepare quotes, as well as communicate with other departments. You will work in a self directed, independent manner, going the extra mile to satisfy our customers. As account representative, your focus will be to increase the sales volume of the companyAdditionally you will travel to trade shows 1-4 times a year, held both locally and in various nationwide locations. At these shows you work the sales booth in greeting and engaging in sales activities with potential customers. In addition you will assist in product set up and take down, which requires the physical ability to be able to perform this job requirement.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•3-5 years experience in either outside or inside sales.
•Industry experience a plus.
•Proven customer service focus.
•Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel beneficial.
•Ability to travel to attend trade shows.
•Strong detail orientation.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Comfortable working on the phone, making sales calls.
