responsible for the day-to-day
operation of our Mid-Western
Region Service Dept., which
include technicians, & other
service personnel. They are
expected to manage the region
with the goal of providing our
customers with an exceptional
level of service. Responsible
for overall retention, direction,
coordination and evaluation of
all subordinates along with
other management responsi-
bilities including: interviewing,
hiring & training employees;
planning, & directing workload;
performance issues; address-
ing customer complaints &
resolving problems. BA or
equivalent from 4 year college;
or 5 years exp in related field.
