CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Jeffersonville, IN Area

Local manufacturing facility has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative responsible for accurate and direct entry of equipment orders and assisting customers with sales issues.Provide general ordering and product information to local and international distributors, national accounts and occasionally dealers and customers by telephone and written correspondence.
Processing incoming orders from distributors, chains, the government and buying groups including direct computer entry.
Prepare credit and debit memos for processing.
Prepare/process correspondence and documentation necessary for order completion.
Trace and/or reconsign shipments with freight carriers.
Assist in daily and month-end functions.
Extensive telephone and e-mail communications with external and internal customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have an associate's degree and/or at leave four years experience in a customer service position communicating with international customers.
