Primarily responsible for providing export service to non-US customers which includes but is not limited to processing orders, generating export documents, handling export logistics, accounts receivable resolution, and problem resolution while ensuring compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and Ashland polices for export transactions. The job encompasses: Processing export customer orders while maintaining accurate records; Responding to customer inquiries about product pricing and availability, and scheduled deliveries; Working with plants to schedule material productions to meet customer requirements; Working with freight forwarders and steamship lines to coordinate export shipments.

To qualify, you will need the following:
* 3-4 years of college
* 2-3 years Business to Business Customer Support in an International environment
* Bilingual preferred, but not required
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP experience
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and prioritization skills
* Must be dependable, proactive and able to multi-task
* Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
