Waterjet manufacturer seeks person to handle complex technical service/parts questions related to replacement parts.

Responsibilities are: generate reports to determine parts usage and account status, cold calling customers, assist with parts marketing
literature, process warranty RMA's.

Requirements include: Bachelor's degree with 2+ yrs experience or equivalent along with previous experience in customer service, inventory software and Microsoft products.

Up to 20% travel required. Must have patience to handle frustrated customers and be a team player. Competitive salary with great
