CUSTOMER SERVICE, & RECEPTIONIST/CLERICAL, DATA ENTRY Piper Products, Inc., a local manufacturer of ovens, cafeteria, and buffet equipment for the food service industry, seeks new "Dream Team" members who are highly motivated and will consistently meet and exceed job goals and expectations to fill openings in the following positions: The ideal applicants will enter a fast paced environment. Piper is a very progressive company using many of the latest manufacturing methods to produce products. We use flow manufacturing and Kanban production systems. We are looking for aggressive individuals who are accustomed to and thrive in a challenging environment. Personal responsibility is essential and individuals must be able to perform with little supervision. We have a positive working environment and are successful because of the individuals who accept this personal responsibility. Customer Service: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering customer questions related to their purchase of equipment, Entering orders, Handling customer inquiries through completion, and Involving appropriate internal resources when necessary to resolve customer questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a working knowledge of manufacturing operations, and will be a strong team player. Successful candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside our organization. Receptionist/Clerical: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct person or department, Meeting and greeting visitors to our facility, and Handling all duties assigned by the Accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be a strong team player, and possess strong organizational skills. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside our organization. Data Entry: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Entering all incoming orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be a strong team player, possess strong organizational skills and excellent time management skills.
