Job Description: This strong Customer Service Representative will be responsible for calling store managers to follow up on services completed, tracking parts and scheduling approved jobs, and updating the computer system in an accurate, timely manner. Responsibilities also include preparing customer Excel spreadsheet reports, and customer websites with accurate data.
Requirements: The right candidate for this position will possess at least some college credit, will have excellent Excel and computer skills, including typing a minimum of 45 wpm. You must be extremely professional in your verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized, prioritize and multitask, as well as be comfortable in a high pressure, fast paced, highly detail oriented environment are critical to success. Problem solving, critical thinking, and sales/negotiating skills will all add to your ability to move up within the company in a fast track career.
