Purpose:
We now have immediate openings for an inbound customer service call center located in Wheeling, IL. The company is an outsourced call center that specializes in Healthcare companies. The company is currently growing their commercial division.

Customer service representatives would be responsible for taking inbound calls from all across the nation. This position will be taking and processing customer orders, resolving disputes, and checking the status of shipments.

Pay is $10/hr with overtime potential.

This position requires great communication skills and the ability to work over the phone and update data into the computer system. We also require a call center background. Any qualified individual will have worked in a customer service role within the last 2 years.

The hours for this position will vary. It will be a 40 hour work-week and weekend hours will be included. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule.
