CS Technical Support Engineer

These products are used to inspect people, baggage, cargo and other objects for weapons, explosives, drugs and other contraband.

Summary:
•Provide technical support for and do maintenance, repair, installation and diagnosis of Raspiscan Systems equipment, metal detectors and Secure 1000 product lines to component level at various customer sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provides problem resolution and trouble shooting to customers.
•Issue quotes, jobs, parts orders, parts requisitions and other admin functions as required.
•Installs equipment at customer's location.
•Repairs equipment as required.
•Acts as liaison between customer and company providing feedback regarding quality and customer satisfaction.
•Provides customer knowledge and training of proper usage of equipment.
•Must be able to complete paperwork such as service reports, radiation surveys, parts requisitions, expense reports, etc. on time and error-free.
