Gannett Pacific Publications, Inc., publisher of numerous community, travel and health magazines including 101 North and Your Health Monthly has an opportunity for an organized Contract Coordinator to join our creative team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this cornerstone role you will:
Work collaboratively with customers and team members to facilitate proposals, correspondence, etc.Input and schedule advertising contracts into the computer systemProcess forms, schedule insertions, clear proofs and accurately tracks all phases of ad building and proofingCreates and maintains cataloging system, process forms, answer phones, and maintain materials needed by teamCorrectly balance run-sheets, complete reports, times sheets, etc.Provides exceptional customer service and administrative support
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a team member who is detail-oriented with a knack for establishing, developing, and maintaining strong partnerships. Proven organizational, oral / written communication skills along with the ability to organize and carry out detailed plans is essential as is excellent grammar, spelling, math, punctuation skills and the ability to work well under pressure. First-rate Excel skills and an expertise with MS Office applications are crucial. The selected candidate will have the above listed skills, as well as a high school diploma or GED, some college is helpful, along with 2 years clerical or administrative experience required. Two years customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
