Fully experienced non-exempt role. Performs a variety of skilled routine and non-routine duties. Applies standard practices and policies.



Call center operation serves as primary contact between the Local residential customers and the company handling inbound calls for acquisition of new customers and selling to existing customers. Representatives respond to and resolve inquiries, problems and/or complaints on products, services and accounts and handle the addition, change, or discontinuation of products and/or services. Products and services include local residential services, customer premise equipment (CPE), digital subscriber line (DSL), Internet service provide (ISP), long distance services, and wireless phones and services, or various bundled packages. Sales leverage plan with revenue objective and customer satisfaction measure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS


1. Combination of education and relevant work experience, totaling 2 years post-high school or equivalent

2. 1+ year of customer contact experience

3. Demonstrated ability to proficiently operate a computer using the

Windows OS

4. Good oral and written communication skills

5. Demonstrated ability to use aggressive sales techniques and negotiating skills for meeting monthly sales quotas and objectives

6. Must be detail oriented, a team player, and possess refined organizational skills

7. Ability to multi-task using multiple mechanized applications including ordering, product, billing, accounts receivable, etc., systems

8. Call center experience is preferred
