COLLECTION MANAGERS -You will have the opportunity to manage various sized collection groups with the entrepreneurial rewards of owning your own business, without the financial risk. The ideal candidates will possess:
Min. of 1 year agency mgt. exp, Min. of 3 years collection exp.
Early out experience a plus, Good organizational and leadership skills.
Individual must be detail and goal oriented.

COLLECTORS- 3rd party exp on High Profile Prime Credit Card accts, Superb communication skills, basic computer skills, flexible schedule and the desire to be #1 in a competitive environment are a MUST

TRAINERS- The ideal candidate must have 3rd party collection exp (FACS exp A PLUS) & a training background.

SKIP TRACERS- Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year skip tracing exp. or 3 yrs collection exp for a 3rd party agency, exp with CBR’s, internet search engines, accurint and other methods of skip tracing.

COMPLIANCE-Q/A- Provide management with an objective and impartial view of operational compliance, FDCPA, State Laws and regulations. Conducts internal compliance reviews and reports findings to management staff.
