Shifts available: 6am-2pm and 4pm-10pm
Part-Time employees are eligible for FULL benefits.Care Managers provide hands-on care and superior customer service to residents.
Care Manager Duties:
- Provide personal assistance or other personal care to residents- Assist with daily living activities- Schedule and ensuring completion of daily service assignments- Notify management of changes with residents- Light housekeeping daily- Involvement in activities- Serve meals in a restaurant style dining room- Assist with training

- Current valid NEW JERSEY CNA or HHA certification- A commitment to serving others- Strong communication, prioritizing and organizational skills.- Superior customer service skills- Interest in community service and working with seniors
