CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION SUMMARY
ENVISION RX OPTIONS INC., A LEADING PROVIDER OF PHARMACY BENEFIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE IN OUR TWINSBURG, OH OFFICE. THE CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE SERVES AS THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENT INTERACTIONS DURING EVENING HOURS AT. THE INDIVIDUAL WILL TYPICALLY WORK BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:30 PM TO 9:00 PM AND OTHER TIMES AS REQUIRED. IN ADDITION TO SUPPORTING EXTERNAL RELATIONS, THE INDIVIDUAL WILL COLLABORATIVELY SUPPORT THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CLIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ENSURE OUR ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO EMERGE AS A LEADING PBM.


POSITION DETAILS
* Analyzes new product/new client benefits and coordinates project plans individually and with Client Services Team
* Interacts with Sales, Support Services, Client Services and Operations regarding group installation and management
* Makes certain the timeliness of project implementation
* Ensures client satisfaction throughout plan implementation, post-implementation and all other related service activities
* Provide consultative support to other operational departments by researching issues
* Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including creating test plans, documenting and communicating test results
* Interface with IS to problem solve and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues
* Document and communicate system impacts to affected user groups
* Other duties as deemed appropriate
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred
* Ability to work a flexible evening schedule to accommodate business requirements is a must
* Previous pharmacy, customer service or related industry experience
* Collaborative team player with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
* Must demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills
* Capacity to multi-task and independently prioritize work
* Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
* Experience preparing and interpreting reports
* PC competence with Microsoft applications
