REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for evaluating assigned claims on a timely basis in accordance with policy provisions, established authority limits and quality standards. Evaluate claims and make recommendations to Management with appropriate summaries. Manages an assigned workload of routine claims to meet time service and quality goals.

Develop a proficiency in the utilization of claims on-line systems and the various applications.

Knowledge of letter writing and customer services skills, basic knowledge of medical terminology as well as analytical skills to accurately interpret policy provisions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
