We're looking for Claims Adjusters who thrive on flexibility and challenge.
Progressive Insurance is seeking talent for current and upcoming career opportunities for Claims Adjuster Trainees in Middletown, Fishkill and Kingston, NY areas. As a Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, estimate and settle both vehicle and bodily injury claims. The required training takes approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Qualified candidates should possess:
• Bachelor's degree OR a minimum 5 years' combined relevant work experience and pos tsecondary education
• Relevant work experience includes: a prior position requiring critical thinking, problem solving, planning/organizing activities, anticipating and meeting customer needs, negotiating, effective verbal/written communication and embracing new challenges, OR experience as a claims/ property damage adjuster, OR repair work in auto/body shop
• Ability to work a nontraditional schedule that may include evenings and/or weekends
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
