CD & Retirement Savings Specialist I

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Performs the least complex maintenance of client and CD & Retirement Savings records accurately and efficiently. Performs the least complex on line posting and reconciliation of CD & Retirement Savings transactions accurately. Provides quality assistance to clients, account officers, and other service representatives regarding the least complex problems or requests related to CD & Retirement Savings account products and services. Learns to assist in coordinating the distribution of CD & Retirement Savings account statements and tax forms (1099INTs, 1099Rs, 1099Qs and 5498s) handling the least complex problems accurately and efficiently. Learns to aid in assuring that all inquiries regarding CD & Retirement Savings problems are handled in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Assures the least complex CD & Retirement Savings client issues are handled effectively and efficiently and always treats the client with respect. Provides feedback on the design and improvement of the least complex services and products for the CD & Retirement Savings Unit. Maintains quality of work and clarity of thinking under demanding conditions while handling the least complex daily processing issues. Consistently is flexible, agile, and promotes change. Constantly listens, understands, and empathizes. Responds to emergencies on the least complex issues of the daily processing swiftly and effectively. Consistently recognizes opportunities to build business, improve quality, or cut costs. Job Requirements
Job Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent experience acceptable. Zero to three years of banking experience with emphasis in Indirect Client Services and/or Deposit Operations, and/or CD & Retirement Savings.Demonstrates a basic level of proficiency in the use of Personal Computers that is appropriate for this work.
