CALL CENTER UNIT SUPERVISOR

TEAM LEAD- An East Valley Teleservices Call Center is looking for a unit Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervises a group of customer service operators for in-bound call centers, which includes, training, coaching, disciplining, documenting, motivating employees, administering the monthly contests, maintaining employee records, approving time worked, etc. according to Company policy and practice.
- Assists with difficult customer calls when needed.
-Maintains efficient operations of the unit by reporting technical problems and doing follow-up to ensure quick resolution.
-May be required to receive incoming customer overflow calls, depending on staff numbers, number of calls in queue, etc.
This is an excellent East Valley location! The Call Center is located just off the US 60 in East Mesa.
REQUIREMENTS


-High school graduate or equivalent (some college preferred)
-Minimum of 2 years business experience
-Minimum of 2 years team lead experience of 10 or more people
-Ability to communicate well in English, both orally and in writing
