This position is a key role in the Client Home Home Office telesales environment. Candidate should be comfortable working in a:

Job description:

The Outbound Sales Architect is the recognized individual in a sales team responsible for generating revenue and cold calling. As we grow the consumer direct business, the Client Home Home Office Sales Center will play a significant role in achieving our sales, profitability and customer experience (TCE) goals.

The successful candidate will be accountable for metrics (conversion, dialed calls, revenue) through creative and innovative methods to meet and exceed sales goals. He/She will be accountable for individual performance.

This person will:

Be accountable for a monthly quota set by sales center management.
Work flexible hours: nights, weekends and holidays
Set and track performance to goals
Deliver on performance plans.
Accountable to execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies
Responsible for schedule adherence.
Responsible for proactive communication back to management on sales inhibitors and successful and creative sales techniques.
Compliance with privacy standards
Identify training needs and work with management to schedule.
Self starter, motivated
Positive attitude
Persistent and competitive
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Four year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented
Proven track record in a sales environment — preferably telesales
Highly confident and professionally assertive individual that can instill confidence in customers
Expertise in closing sales over the phone
Ability to multi-task (conduct a sales call while using a PC or other sales tool)
Excellent listening skills
Quick thinking
Thrives in a telesales environment
Team player
Proven track record of overachievement of sales goals
