Business Recovery Administrator

Volt Technical Resources is looking for a Business Recovery Administrator.
Manage Disaster Recovery Software – LDRPS, BIA Survey Tool and Alert One Auto Notification Tool
Move Data from one type of Software into another via CSV File Transfer
Assist with Field Emergency Response Teams via information, software tools, incident tracking etc.
Assist in the securing and deploying of resources during an emergency.
Assists in video editing of Disaster slides and video collected for company use.
Responsible for collecting and maintaining current data housed in the BCP software tools
As assigned, communicates with Division Local Emergency Response Teams, Department Representatives and in assisting departments as they use the software tools.


Requirements:

Self motivated – Required
PC – Microsoft Products Suite proficient - Required
Microsoft Access – Basic proficiency – Desired
IT Environment – knowledge base - Required
Manipulation of data – importing/exporting via CSV files, Mapping, data management – Highly Desired
Software data base management – Client level – Highly Desired (not a DBA )
Excellent Phone and Email Communication Skills – Required
Project Management Support - Time and Tasks Skills – Highly Desired
Capable of learning intricate Software Tools – Required
