Business Office Manager

The Business Office Manager will supervise, coordinate, perform, and direct all financial affairs of the facility. Maintain the financial objectives, policies and procedures of the facility under the direction of the Administrator. Prior billing experience in a long term care setting a must.Essential Job Functions:

Maintain past due per bed and day sales

Pursue past due accounts persistently and maintain proper back-up documentation

Maintain systems to prevent accounts from being past due

Delegate and train office staff as necessary to perform assigned duties
