RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day facility maintenance, to include servicing & repairing furnishings, structures, fixtures and grounds

Maintaining building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.

Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements

2 - 3 years previous building maintenance experience

Able to work independently

Self motivated to achieve maximum time efficiency

High school diploma or GED highly preferred

Effective written, verbal, and communication skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and be on feet 90% of work shift
