MaintenanceIO is currently seeking an individual for their Breakdown Management Service Center in Springfield, MO.
REQUIREMENTS
BREAKDOWN MANAGEMENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Associates will be handling emergency breakdown calls from truck drivers across the United States. Candidates should have a mechanical/transportation background in the Class 8 trucking industry with excellent verbal communication skills. A working knowledge Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate on the Internet will be required.

This position requires a 2 year college degree or equivalent experience.

In this position you will communicate with drivers, provide self help solutions, determine their exact location, select a local repair vendor and coordinate all repair activity including transaction funding.

3/4 day work schedule is available.
