Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, currently seeks a Sales Coach to work with their Account Reps in the Bay Area Territory (San Francisco / Oakland / San Jose).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Report to the CA Branch Sales Manager

Maintain a geographical territory and perform sales calls at least 2 days per week

Conduct joint calls and regular audits as assigned

Assist in weekly sales meetings to provide coaching, training, and motivation

Travel to the Orange County facility is required on a regular basis to coordinate and train all new hires prior to their corporate training in IL

2+ years field sales experience with proven results
