Biology Services Specialist

Purpose: Our client is looking for a Technical Service Specialist for their Walkersville, Maryland location.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Provide technical information about products to sales representatives and customer by telephone, by e-mail and fax.

Handle/Investigate customer complaints including: writing P.I.R.s, contacting QC to request product testing, and contacting customers with follow-up information.

Maintain computer log of incoming calls.

Attend and participate in product group meetings to keep group informed of complaint trends.
