Bilingual Spanish Sales/Customer Service Rep 1

5 weeks of paid training Monday - Friday. As a trainee incumbent learns about company products and services, policies and procedures, and operating systems and how to apply this knowledge when responding to customer inquiries. Responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from customers regarding banking products and financial services. Duties include: looking up information and transactions on-line; resolving routine problems and inquiries and referring difficult problems to specialists. Will be involved in cross-selling and sales referrals of products.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Bilingual Spanish/English proficiencies in reading, writing and translating. High school diploma or equivalency. 1 + years in customer service and 1+ years of sales in a high volume environment such as retail, banking. Proficient in windows environment; sales orientation; developing customer rapport; discovering customer needs; problem solving and responding to customer needs; ability to learn and apply procedures; teamwork; multitasking.
