Bilingual Rep-Telesales

Sales Results: Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention objectives. Qualify and close prospective customers, and recommend appropriate wireless solutions with regard to price plans, enhanced services, handsets and accessories.

Customer Retention: Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Call on existing customers for contract renewals, and various data, accessory, and handset upsell opportunities.

Order Processing: Accurately process customer sales orders.

Training / Meetings: Responsible for thorough knowledge of all Telesales center functions. Remain current on all wireless products and services, industry and competitive trends. Attend all applicable trainings / meetings.
Job Requirements
Must be fluent in reading and speaking Spanish
High School diploma required.
Some College preferred.
1-3 years sales experience preferred.
Flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends) required.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required.
Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Prior Customer Service experience a plus.
Effective negotiation and closing skills.
